Jack Swain

Strength Coach

Jack has been a personal trainer since 2016 and started Swain Performance in 2021. He is a prior college athlete, and graduate of Michigan State University where he received his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Health Promotion. Coach Swain also holds a certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer, Sports Performance and a Corrective Exercise Specialist.

He has trained people virtually from around the world and continues to have guests train in his personal gym. Jack has gained a large following on Instagram because of his evidence-based training, relatability, and his noticeable results.

Jack specializes in helping individuals pursue their true athletic ability on the field or in their everyday training. He can take the guessing out of the training process, and furnish training exercises backed by scientific research. The various training programs offered can promote mobility focus, and convenience, which in turn creates measurable results.
